AMOR – Mozambican Recycling Association, together with its partner CMB – Municipal Council of Beira, inaugurated this morning, 22 November, the Ecological Christmas Tree in Praça dos Continuadores, in the city of Beira, within the scope of the “Citizens Friends of Environment” Project, funded by the European Union.
The inauguration of the ecological Christmas tree made with approximately 3000 1.5 liter PET plastic bottles, this by Fátima Isequiel, Operations Manager at AMOR, who made a brief presentation to the president of the city of Beira, His Excellency Albano Carige with his team , to partners and other participants.
This action comes within the scope of Christmas festivities, where AMOR has shown the population that by joining waste to creativity, visually splendid and ecologically acceptable results can be obtained.
