AMOR – Mozambican Recycling Association held on Tuesday, the 14th of the current month, the second meeting of the Coordinating Committee, at the City Council’s Urban Management Council, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, within the scope of the Citizens Friends of Environment project implemented by AMOR since May 2018, financed by the European Union.
The meeting aimed to review the points discussed at the first meeting, present the indicators of the Citizens Friends of Environment project and present suggestions for activities for the committee in the solid waste management sector (GRS) in the city of Beira.
The following partners participated in the Coordination Committee: Beira Municipal Council – CMB (Etelvina Jamisse and Fernando Albino); Beira Autonomous Sanitation Service – SASB (Cláudio Gomes); FACE Association (Hélder Domingos); 3R (Fátima Malusso); ESSOR (Lyodimyl Malikito); Consortium of Associations with Mozambique – CAM (Wilson Paulino); Terra Nova (Marta Eduardo) and the AMOR team (Michel Barrucand, Cristóvão Gomonda, Fátima Isequiel, Sebastien Cayol and Mendes Padeira).
