Economia CircularPrimary collection and waste management is what enables the circular economy to exist, this begins with the awareness of those involved in the chain. It is important to make it very clear that we are all involved in the waste chain directly, and from the moment we assume this responsibility, the separation of waste in our own home is our initial way of contributing to sustainable development.

In the Project for Integrated Management of Recyclable Waste, all beneficiaries receive information about the different classes of waste, their separation and their destinations. They take responsibility in the community and understand that garbage is directly connected to diseases, floods and insects such as flies and mosquitoes that transmit disease.

IMG. Waste management is much more than an action that needs to be done to generate sustainability, it is everyone’s responsibility for there to be a future. And recycling is a clear and direct action, which we at AMOR have been promoting for over a decade in Mozambique.
