To better develop lecture activities in schools, without interfering with students’ learning processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic, AMOR (Mozambican Recycling Association) has guided the organization to a healthy environment, complying with Covid’s-19 prevention measures imposed by the Government of Mozambique.
The action is carried out in the light of the Citizens Friends of Environment Project, financed by the European Union and implemented by AMOR, with the aim of promoting sustainability actions in Mozambique.
In this way, in a healthy environment, children learn how to conserve and care for the environment, deposit garbage (waste) in appropriate places, and that solid waste can be recycled for later use and properly treated organic waste provides nutrients to the soil.
AMOR employees are seen in the images, in the neighborhood of Palmeiras 1, city of Beira, in the process of adjustments with the teacher of the Primary School Complete of Palmeiras (Professor Hortência), for the selection of students in an orderly and safe manner.
