CACs from the Three Primary Schools and Nine Secondary Schools were present, where they demonstrated to the guests what they had learned about solid waste management and the environment during theoretical and practical sessions throughout the year, presenting an exhibition of handicraft items; dance; corner; theatre; poetry and parade.

The soiree was attended by about 147 students and 16 teachers responsible for the CAC’s of each school; the director of Secondary School of Manga; representative of the District Service for Education, Youth and Technology; representative of the Municipal Council of Beira; representative of the Provincial House of Culture of Beira, partners and the AMOR team.16375863318037

Therefore, the representative of the District Service for Education, Youth and Technology thanked the effort that AMOR has made with schools “we want to thank the effort that AMOR has made in terms of environmental education in schools in the city of Beira and encourage you to continue thus and that the project can cover more schools so that we can all fight for the conservation of the environment” he said.
